Ring or write the shop

The shop’s phone number, email and hours are printed at the foot of every page. Ringing is quickest. Writing is better when you want an answer on paper.

Ring us for

• An order you sent. Have the order number from your receipt email.
• A packet. Ask what is fresh on the shelf, what a grade means, or which half pound costs least per gram.
• A lab report. Read us the lot code from the packet’s page.

Write to us for

• A complaint, a refund question or a delivery that went wrong. Every letter gets read.
• Removing your details from our books.

A word of caution

Our Operators ring from the number on this site. Nobody from the shop will ask for payment before your order has been read back to you and agreed. If a caller asks for gift cards or crypto, hang up: it is not us.
