How the shop keeps your details
Set
We keep what we need to fill your order, and we sell your details to nobody.
What goes in our books
- From your Order Request: name, phone, email, delivery address, the way you would like to pay, and what you ordered.
- From the Operator’s call: brief notes on what was agreed.
- If you open an account: the details you give us and your order history here.
- From the site itself: a cookie saying you confirmed you are 21 or older, a cookie holding the count of packets in your bag, a sign-in cookie if you have an account, and page counts from Google Analytics when it is switched on.
Why we keep it
To ring you, deliver the order, keep tax records and answer questions about past orders.
Who else sees it
Whoever carries your order to you, the service that sends our emails, and Trustpilot, which sends a review invitation after delivery. Offers by email go only to people who ticked the box for them.
Taking it off the books
Write to us. We delete what the law lets us delete and tell you what we have to keep.
