Who may buy
Adults 21 and over, and nobody younger.
When an order counts
An Order Request is an offer, not a purchase. The deal is made on the phone: our Operator reads back each packet, its weight and the total, and the two of you settle how it is paid for and how it reaches you. Until that call, nothing is owed by anybody. We keep the right to turn an order down.
Prices and packets
Prices are in US dollars and can move until the Operator has confirmed your order; after that they hold, and so does the stock. Each packet is described by strain, grade and lot code. Flower is a crop, so bud size and shape differ from packet to packet within the same grade.
The law where you live
No state is blocked from sending an order. Finding out whether hemp THCA flower is lawful at your delivery address is your responsibility, not the shop’s.
When something goes wrong
Ring us before anything else. A packet that arrives wrong or damaged gets sorted out between you and us.
The December 2026 change
On December 11, 2026 the federal total-THC rule takes effect. Any flower that fails it comes off the menu that day, and any order for it not yet confirmed is cancelled.
