Buying hemp flower online: where to buy it and how to pick a good shop

The short of it. Buy hemp flower online from a shop that lets you check its work: a lab report that matches the lot code, a total THC figure, a recent test date, and a price you can turn into dollars per gram. Then check your own state’s law. Every shop online, ours included, should pass the six checks below.

Set Oct. 4, 2026.

☞ The six-point shop check

#	Check	Pass	Fail
1	Lab report per lot	The report’s lot code matches the packet	One report for “all our flower”
2	THCA and total THC	Both shown, or worked out from the report	Only “under 0.3% delta-9”
3	Test date	Recent, and before the lot was packed	A year old, or none
4	Lab	Named, with an accreditation you can look up	A logo with no lab name
5	Price per gram	Stated or easy to work out	Only “per unit” or “per bag”
6	Plain words	Says whether it gets you high	“Relaxing”, “non-psychoactive”, “passes tests”

On point 4: testing labs that work to the international standard for test labs say so, and the accrediting body publishes a scope you can check (ISO/IEC 17025).

On point 2: under the formula in the USDA’s hemp rule, total THC is delta-9 THC plus 0.877 times THCA (7 CFR 990.1). A report that shows 0.2% delta-9 and 22% THCA is a bud with about 19.5% total THC. That is not a mild product, whatever the label says.

☞ Red flags

• Health promises. No flower shop may lawfully promise to treat anything, and a shop that does is careless about everything else too.
• “Won’t show on a drug test.” High-THCA flower becomes THC when smoked. It can and does show up.
• Payment pressure. A caller who wants gift cards or crypto before reading your order back to you is not a real shop.
• No address or phone. You should be able to ring a person.

☞ Do the price arithmetic yourself

Shops price by the eighth, the ounce, the half pound or the pound. Divide by grams to compare:

• 1 ounce = 28.35 g
• ½ pound = 8 oz = 226.8 g
• 1 pound = 16 oz = 453.6 g

A $250 half pound is $250 ÷ 226.8 = $1.10 a gram. Work every listing out the same way and the comparison is honest. Our packets show the per-gram figure next to the price; see Hemp flower by the half pound.

☞ How ordering works at this shop

1. Bag your packets. A half pound or a pound of any packet on the menu.
2. Send the Order Request. Name, phone, email, address and how you would like to pay. That is a preference, not a payment: no card details are taken on this site.
3. Take our call. An Operator rings to check stock, read the order back, agree the total, and settle payment and delivery.

Prices hold once the call confirms the order. The full walk-through is on Shipping and ordering.

☞ The law, in two lines

Several states ban smokable hemp flower or high-THCA flower, and the shop blocks no address, so checking your own state’s law is your job before ordering. Federally, from Dec. 11, 2026, hemp is measured by total THC, THCA included (Public Law 119-37, Sec. 781; date set by H.R. 6500, Sec. 2019). High-THCA flower comes off this menu that day, and any order for it not yet confirmed is cancelled.

This is a buyer’s checklist, not legal advice. Adults 21 and over only.
